Because if you’re anything like me, you’ve had your fair share of challenges. And you can bet that I failed, I stumbled, and I messed up when I was first starting out.

From single-handedly raising three remarkable children, dealing with a child’s life-altering illness to overcoming a crippling divorce and broken family relationships, my life hasn’t been a “walk in the park.”

But then it all turned around in a short amount of time when I decided to do and be something different.  The challenges and opposition I faced have given me a commitment to self-betterment that has changed the trajectory of my life. I’ve developed life-muscle and tapped into my feminine power. And most importantly, I have clarity in purpose, which has given me a level of faith that moves mountains.

Point is, my transformation wasn’t complete until I became clear about who I am and what my purpose is here on this earth. Once I realized my place in the world, I was determined to take action and do whatever it takes to help other women do the same.

That is why I started The WELL Empowerment – Women Excelling and Living Life and created the “Stop Stalling & Get Your Business off the Ground”, audio series.

It comprises of 5 modules, about 30 minutes each.

Module 1 - Activated Positivity

As the opening module, it will set the tone for getting your mind right. You’ll learn mindset exercises that will help you change your inner monologue surrounding failure and success, as well as teach you how to make decisions.

Additionally, you’ll learn the impact of faith-based thinking vs. fear-based thinking, plus how to take a stand for your beliefs. Most importantly, by the end of this module you’ll be equipped with everything you need to reset, renew and revive your confidence so you can move into action.

Module 4 - Courage to Win

Sometimes, it can be hard to internalize the notion that you deserve to win. This module will help you get comfortable with shifting your focus on to winning, including helping you to understand just how important you are to the diversity of the marketplace. You’ll be taught to know and understand your work, how to break away from the bad habit of under representing yourself, and how to become the fearless leader you truly are.

We’ll go through exercises that will help you to understand that you’re a high-quality, high-valued woman that’s cutting edge and relevant in today’s open market.

Module 2 - Diligence & Procrastination

Procrastination is the next hurdle you’ll have to overcome when it comes to starting and growing your fledgling business. You’ll learn more about barriers, stumbling blocks and ways to overcome them. Some of the practical steps you’ll discover include: how to master distractions and procrastinating, how to discover the freedom in choosing and taking ownership, and you’ll even find out exercises that will help you to master being diligent.

Module 5 - Jump

The last module will give you the final push you need to give birth to your business idea. It will help you become one with your uniqueness as a leader, as well as connected with you truly are so your personality shines through.

What’s more is that I’ll teach you how to get in to action, how to keep going when you’re afraid or scared, and even a decision-making framework that will help get rid of fear out of the most difficult decisions. Lastly, you’ll get exercises that will move you into action.

This module prepares you for everything about the difference that comes when you’re a woman in business. As women, we have to walk a tightrope in the business world. You’re expected to be strong, but not overbearing. Sure of what you want, but still in a way that doesn’t come off as domineering. When you throw in the fact that we have to look perfect at almost every occasion or event, it’s easy to understand how difficult it is as a woman in business. This module is dedicated to helping women understand just how important women are in business, and how you may be giving away your light for free.

Additionally, this module will teach you the different environments that require different codes of conduct as women. Plus, I’ll give you details on what F.E.A.R is, and how to access your female intuition and use it to your advantage in business interactions.
